In this podcast Trevor and Ann describe their community involvement. Trevor was Newman Club President and even managed the Club for a while. They were both involved in the P&C for the Primary School. Trevor was also involved in the Cricket club. Some of his more unusual jobs were to clear the dead animals from the roadside when the Manager's wife was arriving. And also to drive his car down the runway at the airport, in front of the plane to clear the roos away. He also describes how he took the picture of the glider upside down over Newman.

In this podcast Trevor and Ann discuss the major influences on Trevor's workplace. They then recall the big changes in the town between their two stays there. Trevor remembers some characters of his time there - including his neighbour Charlie Snell, Harry Brooks and Ernie Hefty - the "shit cart" man!
